The Housing Authority of the City of Willimantic (the HACW ) is seeking a General Contractor for its proposed renovation of Father Honan Terrace (the Project ). HACW is requesting a Sealed Bid from interested parties for the Project. Project is both state and federally funded through the CT Department of Housing and may include CT Housing Finance Authority funds. Project is subject to Davis-Bacon/State wages, compliance with certain local, state, and federal requirements including but not limited to Section 3. Background
The Housing Authority of the City of Willimantic (HACW) is seeking a General Contractor for the proposed renovation of Father Honan Terrace. This project is both state and federally funded through the Connecticut Department of Housing and may include funds from the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority.

The project is subject to Davis-Bacon/State wages and compliance with various local, state, and federal requirements, including Section 3.

Work Details
The contract includes the following renovations:
1) Installation of New Moisture Resistant Gypsum Wall Board (GWB) - CDBG;
2) Installation of a New Standing Shower P7 in lieu of tub/shower;
3) Roof Sheathing Replacement;
4) Brick Sill Replacement;
5) Exterior Brick Repointing;
6) Interior Apartment Painting.

Specific quantities include one unit each for GWB, Standing Shower, Roof Sheathing, Brick Sill, Exterior Repointing, and Interior Painting.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence on December 17, 2024, and conclude by January 23, 2025.

Place of Performance
The renovations will take place at Father Honan Terrace in Willimantic, Connecticut.
