INVITATION TO BID SECTION 00 11 00 Sealed proposals addressed to FIP Construction, Inc. will be received until 1:00 p.m. on the dates listed below at Goodwin University's Main Reception Desk, 211 Riverside Drive, East Hartford, Connecticut and then all bids will be opened publicly, at 1:30 PM in the Community Room.
