Gillotti PFAs - AIX Vessel Bid; New Fairfield CT

Work Requested:
The project involves the bidding and procurement of an AIX Vessel for the Gillotti PFAs project in New Fairfield, CT. The scope includes:

• Submission of proposals for the supply and delivery of the AIX Vessel as specified in the project documents.
• Compliance with all bid requirements and project specifications as outlined in the bid documents available on the Aquarion Water Company's (AWC) E-Bid system.

This solicitation is issued by Aquarion Water Company (AWC).

Background:
The contract is part of the Gillotti PFAs project and is expected to be funded in part by the State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and/or the Department of Public Health. It is important to note that neither the State of Connecticut nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract.

Contract Requirements:
This procurement is subject to the requirements contained in subsections (h), (j), and (o) of Section 22a-482-4 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. A copy of these regulations is included in Document 00005 SRF Special Project Procedures, Attachment.

Instructions on Submission:

• All proposals must be submitted through Aquarion Water Company's E-Bid system at https://aquarion.procureware.com.
• Bids will remain sealed and safeguarded until 3:30 p.m., local time, on June 15th, 2026, at which time they will be opened for Aquarion's review.
• Bidders must access the bid document, review requirements, and submit their bids via the E-Bid system.
• Upon receipt of this RFP, bidders are required to indicate their intention to bid or not bid through the electronic bid portal.
• A mandatory virtual Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on May 27th, 2026. For access, contact kfeldkamp@aquarionwater.com.
• Deadline to submit requests for clarifications is 4:30 p.m., Monday, June 8th, 2026.
• Bid closing is at 3:30 p.m., June 15th, 2026.
