Gas, Diesel and Home Heating Oil for all using client agencies

Background
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to solicit bids from qualified providers for the supply and delivery of various fuel types. This contract aims to support all using State Agencies, Towns, Municipalities, and Political Sub-Divisions of the State. The fuel types include 87 octane, 10% ethanol blended gasoline; fuel oil #2 B10 .0015 ULS (home heating fuel - red dyed); and number 2 ultra-low sulfur (.0015) premium diesel fuel.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply and deliver the following fuel types:
- 87 Octane, 10% Ethanol Blended Gasoline
- Fuel Oil #2 B10 .0015 ULS (Home Heating Fuel – Red Dyed)
- Number 2 Ultra Low Sulfur (.0015) Premium Diesel Fuel

These products are to be delivered to all using State Agencies, Towns, Municipalities, and Political Sub-Divisions of the State. The delivery terms are Free On Board Destination.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on April 29, 2025, and conclude on May 22, 2025.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for performance include various sites across the State of Connecticut as designated by the using agencies.

Bidder Requirements
All vendors are eligible to respond to this bid. There are no specific set-aside certifications mentioned in the solicitation. However, bidders must provide evidence of their ability to meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation including qualifications related to fleet availability and delivery capabilities.
