City of Torrington is accepting sealed proposals for the purchase/delivery, installation of new washer/extractor for the Torrington Fire Department. This equipment to be utilized by Fire Department to maintain all structural firefighter personal protective equipment (PPE) as defined in the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1851 (2020 edition) Standard on Selection, Care, & Maintenance of Protective Ensembles for Structural Fire Fighting and Proximity Fire Fighting Deadline: 8/30/2024, 11:00 AM.
