EXTERIOR REHABILITATION at the VISITOR CENTER NOAH WEBSTER HOUSE

Background
The Town of West Hartford is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the exterior rehabilitation of the Visitor Center at the Noah Webster House.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the museum, which serves as a historical site.

Work Details
The work under this contract includes:
1. Roof replacement;
2. Siding repairs;
3. Selected window replacements;
4. Related work at the existing visitor center;
5. Exterior painting for the entire museum.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on August 16, 2024, and is expected to be completed by September 09, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Visitor Center located at the Noah Webster House in West Hartford, Connecticut.
