Energy Savings Performance Contract Phase 2 - Supplemental

Background
The Energy Savings Performance Contract Phase 2 - Supplemental is issued by the University to engage Energy Services companies for a comprehensive range of energy services and energy-related capital improvements.
The goal of this contract is to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability within the University's facilities.

Work Details
The selected Energy Services companies will be responsible for providing a full suite of energy services, which may include energy audits, implementation of energy-saving measures, project management for capital improvements, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation of energy performance.
Specific tasks may involve upgrading lighting systems, HVAC improvements, insulation enhancements, and other measures aimed at reducing energy consumption and costs.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until all specified services are completed.
The closing date for proposals is set for September 9, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations across the University’s campuses in Connecticut.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a current Certificate of Legal Existence or Authorization from the Connecticut Secretary of State.
Additionally, companies must demonstrate a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and comply with Connecticut's sexual harassment training requirements as per General Statute §46a-54(15).
Companies must also provide evidence of financial stability through recent audited financial statements.
