Description

The purpose of this Supplemental Request for Qualifications ( RFQ ) is to solicit experienced and qualified Energy Services companies to provide a full range of energy services and energy related capital improvement to reduce greenhouse gases, water and energy consumption and accelerate carbon mitigation towards our 2030 Carbon Neutral Goal.
Background
The University of Connecticut is issuing this Supplemental Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit experienced and qualified Energy Services companies. The goal of the contract is to provide a full range of energy services and energy-related capital improvements aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, and energy consumption. This effort supports the university's commitment to achieving its 2030 Carbon Neutral Goal.

Work Details
The selected Energy Services companies will be responsible for delivering comprehensive energy services that include but are not limited to: conducting energy audits, implementing energy efficiency measures, managing renewable energy projects, and executing capital improvements related to energy systems. The focus will be on reducing greenhouse gases and optimizing water and energy consumption across university facilities.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from August 15, 2025, to September 09, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations within the University of Connecticut's facilities in Storrs, Connecticut.
