East Haddam Public Schools Hvac Iaq Upgrades

Background
The East Haddam Public Schools HVAC IAQ Upgrades solicitation is issued by the Town of East Haddam. The scope of work includes upgrades at two separate locations within the district, namely Nathan Hale-Ray High School and East Haddam Elementary School. The project must be completed between May 9, 2024, and August 22, 2025.
The contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including set-aside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the following:

a) Air-Cooled Chiller and Chilled Water Pump Upgrades at Nathan Hale-Ray High School located at 15 School Drive, Moodus, CT;
b) Replacement of Unit Ventilators with ground/roof mounted air handling units at East Haddam Elementary School located at 45 Joe Williams Road, Moodus, CT. Deduct-alternates for roof-top units and building controls will be considered and may be excluded as part of this project at the Owner's discretion.

Period of Performance
The project must be completed between May 9, 2024, and August 22, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at two locations within the East Haddam Public Schools district: Nathan Hale-Ray High School (15 School Drive, Moodus, CT) and East Haddam Elementary School (45 Joe Williams Road, Moodus, CT).
