Background
DMHAS is issuing this RFP as part of Womens Services within the Statewide Services Division. The Women’s REACH Program is designed to provide outreach, engagement, short term case management, recovery coaching and community connections to pregnant and/or parenting women struggling with substance use and secondarily to parenting fathers, grandparents, LGBTQIA+ individuals, or other immediate parenting family who are impacted by substance use either personally or by the parent/s of the child/children in their care.

Work Details
The Women’s REACH Program aims to provide outreach, engagement, short term case management, recovery coaching, and community connections to treatment and recovery support resources. The target audience includes pregnant and/or parenting women struggling with substance use, parenting fathers, grandparents, LGBTQIA+ individuals, or other immediate parenting family members impacted by substance use. The services provided include outreach, engagement, short term case management, recovery coaching, and community connections to treatment and recovery support resources.
