This Request for Proposal ( RFP ) by the Waterbury Development Corporation ( WDC ) on behalf of the City of Waterbury (the City ) seeks a qualified design firm (the Architect/Engineer or proposer , depending upon context) to produce a complete set of drawings and specifications for the renovation and rehabilitation of the historic Chase Building located at 236 Grand Street, Waterbury CT 06702 (the Project ).
Background
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Waterbury Development Corporation (WDC) on behalf of the City of Waterbury.
The goal of the contract is to engage a qualified design firm, referred to as the Architect/Engineer or proposer, to create a complete set of drawings and specifications for the renovation and rehabilitation of the historic Chase Building located at 236 Grand Street, Waterbury CT 06702.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for producing comprehensive design documents that include architectural drawings and detailed specifications necessary for the renovation and rehabilitation of the Chase Building.
