Background
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is issuing this Solicitation under its authority to provide data center cleaning services. This contract aims to replace the previous contract award 21PSX0173 and is intended for various data centers located in Groton, Hartford, Newington, and political subdivisions including towns, municipalities, schools, and not-for-profit organizations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide cleaning services for the following locations:

(1) Pfizer Campus Data Center at 445 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT;
(2) Data Room at 55 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, CT;
(3) Data Center at 2710 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, CT.

The services include specialized cleaning tailored for data centers to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on April 30, 2025, and conclude on May 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at specified data centers in Groton, Hartford, Newington, and other political subdivisions within the State of Connecticut.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have performed specialized cleaning services for data centers for a minimum of three years prior to submitting a response. Additionally, all cleaning technicians and supervisors must have received appropriate training as outlined in the solicitation. A mandatory pre-solicitation meeting/site visit is required on May 22, 2025.
