Background
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is issuing this Solicitation to provide data center cleaning services for various locations including the Pfizer Campus in Groton, the data room at 55 Farmington Avenue in Hartford, and the data center at 2710 Berlin Turnpike in Newington.

This contract aims to serve political subdivisions of the State, including towns, municipalities, schools, and not-for-profit organizations. This solicitation replaces contract award 21PSX0173.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive cleaning services for the following data centers:

1. Pfizer Campus, building 230, located at 445 Eastern Point Road, Groton, Connecticut;
2. Data room at 55 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, Connecticut;
3. Data center at 2710 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, Connecticut.

The services include specialized cleaning tailored for data centers to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from April 30, 2025 to May 15, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at specified locations in Groton, Hartford, and Newington within the State of Connecticut.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have performed specialized cleaning services for data centers for at least three years prior to submitting a response. They are required to provide three references that demonstrate their experience in delivering similar services. Additionally, technicians and supervisors must have received specific training as outlined in the solicitation.
