The Waterbury Development Corporation (the WDC ), acting on the City's and PAL's behalf, is seeking proposals (the Proposal ) from qualified third parties (individually a Proposer or Contractor and, collectively, Proposers or Contractors ) for the construction of the Police Activity League ( PAL ) Splash Pad (the Project ), located at 32 Grant Street and 9 and 15 Branch Street.
Background
The Waterbury Development Corporation (WDC) is acting on behalf of the City of Waterbury and the Police Activity League (PAL) to seek proposals for the construction of a Splash Pad.
The goal of this project is to enhance recreational facilities for the community, specifically targeting youth engagement through water-based activities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete construction of the Police Activity League (PAL) Splash Pad.
This includes site preparation, installation of water features, landscaping, and any necessary infrastructure to support the operation of the splash pad.
The project is located at 32 Grant Street and 9 and 15 Branch Street in Waterbury.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence on March 13, 2025, and conclude by April 07, 2025.

Place of Performance
The construction will take place at designated locations in Waterbury.
