Connecticut Port Authority RFP Communications & Marketing Services

Background
The Connecticut Port Authority is seeking proposals from qualified communications and marketing firms to provide essential services that align with the provisions of the Connecticut General Statutes.

The goal of this contract is to assist the Authority in developing and implementing innovative strategies aimed at economic development and enhancing supply chain solutions for Connecticut’s ports and waterfront facilities.

The selected vendor will play a crucial role in positioning Connecticut competitively within the maritime industry.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be expected to:
(a) provide comprehensive Communications and Marketing support, along with advisory services, to enhance Connecticut's competitive position in the maritime industry;
(b) identify and engage appropriate target markets within the Connecticut maritime sector.

The services required include strategic communication planning, marketing campaign development, stakeholder engagement, and market analysis.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence on August 23, 2024, and conclude on September 27, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed for the Connecticut Port Authority, located at 455 Boston Post Road, Suite 204 Old Saybrook CT, 06475, United States.
