Computer Parts and Accessories

Scope of Work:
The contract seeks the supply of computer parts and accessories. Bidders are expected to provide all items as specified in the scope of work, which can be found in the Bid Form located under the Documents tab.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is being issued electronically by the requesting organization via ProcureWare.

Background:
This is an electronic bid process for the procurement of computer parts and accessories. All communications and submissions related to this solicitation will be managed through the ProcureWare platform.

Contract Requirements:

• All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted through ProcureWare by March 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
• Responses to questions will be provided via an Addendum no later than March 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
• Bids must be submitted before 10:00 a.m. on March 27, 2026.
• Bidders must refer to the Bid Form in the Documents tab for detailed scope of work and requirements.
