Description

The Housing Authority of the Town of Groton, aka, Groton Housing Authority (GHA) intends to enter into a development partnership with a qualified proposer based on a competitive evaluation of submissions received. The Groton Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms or development teams to undertake the redevelopment and rehabilitation of our sites.
Background
The Housing Authority of the Town of Groton, also known as Groton Housing Authority (GHA), is seeking to establish a development partnership with a qualified proposer. This initiative aims to facilitate the redevelopment and rehabilitation of their sites through a competitive evaluation process of submissions received from interested individuals, firms, or development teams.

Work Details
