Citywide Climate Resilience Plan

The City of Bridgeport is seeking proposals for the development of a citywide Climate Resilience Plan. The work under this contract will involve providing a comprehensive range of services, including but not limited to data analysis, community engagement, and the compilation of the final plan. The plan must adopt a neighborhood-focused approach, ensuring representation and consideration of all neighborhoods within Bridgeport in both the analysis and resulting recommendations. Additionally, the plan should include actionable items that address four major themes: infrastructure resilience, social resilience, environmental resilience, and economic resilience. This solicitation is issued by the City of Bridgeport, acting through its Office of Planning and Economic Development (OPED).
