City RFQ & RFP - Construction Manager at Risk Services for Newfield IAQ Project

Background
The City of Stamford is issuing a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/RFP) for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Newfield Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Project. This project is funded in whole or in part with State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (CT DAS) funds. The goal of this contract is to select a qualified construction manager to oversee the project, ensuring compliance with state regulations and effective management of resources.

Work Details
The selected construction manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive construction management services, which include but are not limited to:
- Project planning
- Scheduling
- Cost estimating
- Quality control
- Safety management
- Coordination with subcontractors.

All firms submitting qualifications must be pre-qualified by CT DAS as a 'Construction Manager at Risk (Group B)' as defined in the CT DAS Contractor Classification List.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on October 30, 2025, and conclude on December 2, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Newfield Elementary School located at 345 Pepper Ridge Rd, Stamford, CT 06905.

Bidder Requirements
All bidders must be pre-qualified by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services as a 'Construction Manager at Risk (Group B)'. There are no RFQ/RFP deposits required for this solicitation.
