City Bid Partial Roof Replacement at Newfield Elementary School 135-0284 RR

Background
The City of Stamford is issuing a bid for a partial roof replacement at Newfield Elementary School, funded in whole or in part with State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) funds. The goal of this contract is to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of the school's roofing system, thereby supporting the educational mission of the school.

Bidder Requirements
This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. A minimum of 25% of the state-funded portion must be set aside for subcontractors certified as Small Business Enterprises (SBE) by the Connecticut DAS. Additionally, at least 6.25% must be allocated to subcontractors certified as Minority-, Women-, and/or Disabled-owned businesses (M/W/DisBE). Contractors must demonstrate good faith efforts to meet these set-aside goals.
