2026.0085, City Bid - Cummings Parking Lot Drainage and Enhancement Project Bid Opening: September 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM Project is funded in whole or in part with Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership (ORLP) and American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply. Bid Deposit: 5% Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: August 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Meet at Cummings Park pavilion, which is located south of the marina (park address is 426 Shippan Ave.) Project Manager: Susan Kisken, Coordinator of Inspection & Plan Review All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare (https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
