Career and Technical Educational Training Equipment

Background
The State of Connecticut, through the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish statewide contracts for Career and Technical Education (CTE) and workforce readiness training equipment and instructional technology.
This initiative supports the Connecticut Technical Education and Career System (CTECS) and the Department of Correction (DOC) by providing industry-aligned training equipment and instructional technology.

Work Details
Vendors are expected to provide a variety of products including training systems, simulators, instructional software, and virtual reality (VR) training solutions as detailed in Exhibit A - Description of Deliverables.
All products must comply with the specifications outlined in Exhibit A.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from February 10, 2026, to February 24, 2026.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the performance of this contract is implied to be within the State of Connecticut.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with specific requirements including certifications for micro-businesses or veteran-owned micro-businesses if applicable.
They must also provide documentation regarding their qualifications, including licenses and registrations.
Additionally, bidders should not be debarred or suspended from contracting with any governmental entity.
