The Town of Manchester is seeking proposals from businesses, organizations, and individuals interested in purchasing an historic building located at 32 Main Street in the North End of Manchester. This initiative aligns with the Town's goals to enhance the community's commercial and residential landscape. Manchester, home to nearly 60,000 residents, serves as a hub for commerce and entertainment in the Greater Hartford region.

The property for sale is a 0.18-acre parcel that previously functioned as a fire station and is zoned for industrial use, allowing a variety of commercial applications.

Work Details
