• All interested parties must attend a Mandatory Information Session on April 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The session will be held on-site at the Berkley Heights Park Basketball Court.
• Attendance and sign-in at the information session is mandatory. Late arrivals or those not attending will not be eligible to submit a proposal.
