The Town of Madison ( Town ) is seeking qualified parties (a Respondent ) to submit an Expression of Interest (the Proposal or EOI ) for the development of the Academy School building located at 4 School Street in Madison, CT (the Academy or Building or Site ). The Academy Building is located in the center of downtown Madison, approximately 250 feet east of the historic Madison Green and one block west of Madison's vibrant central business district along Boston Post Road/Route 1.
