1888-25 -RFP- Design Services for EHPS Various Solar Photovoltaic Projects

Background
East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed energy consulting firms to provide complete design services for various solar photovoltaic projects. The goal of this contract is to manage all phases of the solar photovoltaic grant processes in collaboration with the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services Office of School Construction Grants and Review (OSCG&R) and Federal Grants from the U.S. Department of Energy.

Work Details
The selected firm will provide complete design services for all phases including: conceptual design, bidding, construction management and administration, and project closeout. Firms must demonstrate proven experience in managing all phases of solar photovoltaic grant processes.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three (3) years with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations under the jurisdiction of East Hartford Public Schools.

Bidder Requirements
Firms must be qualified, experienced, and licensed energy consulting firms with proven experience in managing solar photovoltaic projects related to CT DAS OSCG&R and Federal Grants.
