Background
The project involves the removal of waste tires in La Plata County, Colorado. The estimated cost for the project is $300,000 - $500,000 for three sites. The Contract Start Date is anticipated by approximately September 1, 2024, with completion by approximately June 1, 2025.

Work Details
The work includes the removal of waste tires from the property(s) in La Plata County, Colorado. The Contractor shall transport all waste tires from the property(s) to approved waste tire destination facilities. The Contractor shall document work performed on the project by acquiring pictures of the property(s) to verify waste tires have been removed and completing a Form WT-2 for every load of waste tires removed from the property(s.

The Contractor shall also obtain a certified weight ticket for each load of waste tires removed from the property(s). Additionally, the Contractor shall not bring additional waste tires or other waste onto the property(s) during the waste tire cleanup project and shall not remove non-waste tire solid waste from the property(s).

Period of Performance
The entire project is estimated to be substantially complete within 263 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with a total contract duration of 273 days.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed in La Plata County, Colorado at specific locations including County Green, LLC; Lon’s Automotive Inc.; and Star Ridge Properties, LLC.
