Track & Lots Asphalt Repair & Resealing

Background
The Colorado Department of Public Safety, specifically the Colorado State Patrol (CSP), is issuing this Documented Quote for the Track & Lots Asphalt Repair and Resealing project. The work is to be conducted at the drive track and parking lots located at the top of South Table Mountain in Golden, Colorado. The goal of this solicitation is to perform asphalt repairs and resealing for both the East and West Parking lots as well as track lanes in a single phase.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- East Parking Lot:
- Approximately 1,062 square feet of asphalt mill and patch, hauling millings offsite, and approximately 25 tons of material to be patched back.
- 5,680 linear feet of crack sealing using direct fire crack sealer, with cracks cleaned prior to sealing for proper adhesion.

- West Parking Lot:
- Approximately 1,102 square feet of asphalt mill and patch, hauling millings offsite, and approximately 26 tons of material to be patched back.
- 4,602 linear feet of crack sealing using direct fire crack sealer; larger cracks require more product with cleaning prior to sealing.

- Track Lanes:
- Approximately 900 square feet of asphalt mill and patch, hauling millings offsite, and approximately 22 tons of material to be patched back.
- 14,988 linear feet of crack sealing using direct fire crack sealer; cracks must be cleaned prior to sealing.

Period of Performance
All work must be completed by June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will take place at the CSP Track located at the top of South Table Mountain in Golden, Colorado.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable provisions regarding accessibility standards for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, companies must be in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) must submit documentation of certification issued through the U.S. Small Business Administration.
