Description

Ridgway SP - Lift Station Replacements, PHASE 1
Background
The State of Colorado, through the Department of Natural Resources and the Division of Parks and Wildlife, is overseeing the construction project for the Ridgway Lift Stations as part of Phase 1.
The goal of this contract is to replace existing lift stations to enhance infrastructure and service delivery in the area.

Work Details
The contractor, Landmark EPC LLC, is responsible for the construction of lift stations as outlined in Project No: C22RG1, PMAA 2024*4082.
This includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies required for the completion of the project.
The work encompasses installation and setup of new lift stations to ensure efficient operation.

Period of Performance
The final settlement for this contract will occur on September 12, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Ridgway site in Colorado.

Bidder Requirements
Any individual or entity with an unpaid claim against this project must file a verified statement before the final settlement date to maintain their right to claim payment.
Failure to do so will relieve the State of Colorado from any liability regarding such claims.
