RFQ 2025-085M24 Fire Detection Replacement CMHIFL

Background
The State of Colorado, through the Office of the State Architect, is seeking to procure architectural and engineering services for a project titled RFQ 2025-085M24 Fire Detection Replacement CMHIFL.
The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with state building codes and to provide professional services necessary for the successful design and execution of the project.

Work Details
The Architect/Engineer will provide professional services including:
1. Basic Services: Design phases including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding Phase, and Contract Administration.
2. Compliance with Buy Clean Colorado Act by specifying Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) for eligible materials.
3. Development of Construction Documents that include complete architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
4. Assistance in obtaining competitive bids and preparing contracts for construction.
5. Regular site visits during construction to monitor progress and quality of work.
6. Preparation of Change Orders/Amendments as necessary throughout the project.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a timeline that includes multiple phases: Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents preparation, Bidding Phase, and Contract Administration.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in various locations as required by the project specifications within the State of Colorado.
