Background
The Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration, State Purchasing & Contracts Office is seeking proposals for Janitorial and Paper Products. The contract includes provisions for ordering via telephone, email, or online methods, with an expectation of establishing new Ordering Entity accounts within two business days. Delivery is expected within two business days for stock items and seven business days for special orders.
The contractor must also maintain compliance with accessibility requirements and provide environmentally preferable products certified by recognized entities.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the awarded contract is anticipated to begin on March 1, 2025, and end on February 28, 2026. The contract may be renewed for up to four additional one-year periods at the discretion of the State.
