RFP for IDS Print Outsourcing

Background
The State of Colorado, through the Department of Personnel & Administration, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for IDS Print Outsourcing.
The goal of this contract is to secure services related to the printing and management of documents for various state departments, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs associated with printing operations.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive print outsourcing services, which include but are not limited to:
- Managing all aspects of print production including digital and offset printing.
- Providing high-quality printed materials such as brochures, reports, and other documents as requested by state agencies.
- Implementing a print management system that allows for tracking and reporting on print usage.
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations regarding document handling and confidentiality.
- Offering options for both color and black-and-white printing, as well as various paper types and sizes.
- Delivering printed materials to designated locations within specified timeframes.
- Providing customer support for state employees regarding print requests and issues.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution in March 2025 and will continue for an initial term of three years, with the possibility of extensions based on performance evaluations.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at the contractor's facilities; however, delivery of printed materials will be required at various locations throughout the State of Colorado.
