Background
The State of Colorado is issuing this contract to fulfill its mission of providing essential services to its citizens.

The contract performance will commence on the Contract Performance Beginning Date as specified on the cover page and will continue until the Initial Contract Expiration Date, unless terminated earlier or extended by mutual agreement.

The total duration of this contract, including any extensions, shall not exceed five years from its effective date.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance of this contract will primarily be within the State of Colorado unless otherwise specified in the contract documents.
