PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - Request for Information RFI

Background
The State of Colorado’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) is responsible for providing IT resources to Executive branch agencies and other State government entities. This includes technology infrastructure, software, hardware, storage, telecommunication, public safety radio, cyber security, and related professional services.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to research available electronic procurement management solutions from qualified vendors with experience in e-Procurement and Contract Management solutions.

Work Details
OIT seeks insight into industry standards, suggestions, costs, scopes, timelines, expertise, product demonstrations, and best practices for implementing a Procurement Management Solution. The solution must attach and organize procurement and solicitation documents in various formats (PDFs, images, Microsoft Office files), including but not limited to:

- Quotes
- Statements of Work
- Emails
- Risk Assessments
- Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Contracts
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Requests for Proposals (RFP)
- Vendor Invoices

Vendors must provide detailed information on implementation costs, licensing costs, ongoing maintenance costs, and the ability to configure solutions to align with established workflows. Solutions must comply with Colorado's Accessibility Standards and Information Security Policies.

Period of Performance
This RFI is intended for market research purposes only; no award will result from responses. The solicitation publication date is 03/07/2025 with a vendor response submission deadline of 04/04/2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of Colorado.
