PMAA, RMMC, Mancos SP - Park Main Office

Background
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is issuing a solicitation for the construction of an addition to the maintenance building at Mancos State Park. The project aims to enhance the facilities at the park, located in Montezuma County, Colorado. The goal is to provide improved operational capabilities for park maintenance and visitor services.

Work Details
The contract involves furnishing, constructing, and finishing a 24'x40' addition to the existing maintenance building at Mancos State Park. Additionally, it includes the construction of a 1,320 square foot Pre-Cast Concrete Block Retaining Wall and associated site work. Specific tasks include:

- Mobilization of personnel and equipment.
- Construction of a 960 square foot Office Bay with insulation and doors.
- Installation of electrical service lines from the existing distribution panel to the new Office Bay.
- Installation of OIT cabling as required by the State OIT.
- Interior framing, plumbing rough-in, and installation of interior finishes for the Office Bay.
- Construction of a precast concrete block retaining wall with ancillary components such as crushed stone leveling pads and drainage systems.
- Site preparation including subbase fill and surface gravel installation.
- Concrete flatwork for a patio area with stamped/stained finish.
- Installation of chain link fencing around the maintenance yard and bi-part sliding gates.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to be completed within 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion targeted for October 24, 2025.

The contract will be performed at Mancos State Park located at 42545 Road N, Mancos, CO 81328.
