PMAA, 5612, Rocky Ford Bunkhouse Office Pole Barn C23SE1
Background
The State of Colorado, through the Department of Natural Resources and Colorado Parks and Wildlife, is issuing a contract for the construction of a bunkhouse/office and pole barn at the Rocky Ford SWA.
The goal of this project is to enhance facilities for wildlife management and public engagement in the area.

Work Details
The contractor, B&G Construction, LLC, is responsible for the construction of a bunkhouse/office and a pole barn as part of Project No. IFB1 2024-161.
This includes providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies required for the completion of the project.

Period of Performance
The final settlement for this contract will occur on June 21, 2025.

Rocky Ford SWA, Colorado.
