Background
The Colorado Department of Corrections is issuing a Documented Quote for NCR (No Carbon Required) Roll Stock Paper on behalf of the State of Colorado. This solicitation aims to procure roll stock paper for use in the CCI Print Shop, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of necessary materials for printing operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide NCR Roll Stock Paper on an as-needed basis through the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. Specific requirements include:

1. All NCR Roll Stock must be 40 inches in diameter with a 3-inch core; no end rolls will be accepted.
2. Deliveries are to be made to the Denver Women’s Correctional Facility Warehouse located at 3600 Havana St., Denver, CO 80239, during specified hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM).
3. Delivery drivers must pass a background check and complete a 'Consent to Search' form before entering CDOC facilities.
4. Orders will vary in quantity and must be available for shipment in a timely manner; estimated delivery times must be included with price proposals.
5. Pricing must be all-inclusive with no additional freight or surcharges authorized.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation is one year, ending June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will take place at the Denver Women’s Correctional Facility Warehouse located at 3600 Havana St., Denver, CO 80239.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents are required to submit their Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) via W-9 prior to award. Additionally, all contractor personnel must undergo a criminal background check and sign a 'Consent to Search Authorization' form before being allowed access to any CDOC facility.
