Montrose SSA- Area 18 Parking Lot Rehab, MAINTAIN

Background
The Colorado Parks & Wildlife Montrose Service Center is seeking contractors to rehabilitate the parking lot at Area 18. The project manager is Steve Patterson, and the design engineer is Joel Catlin.
The project involves removing and replacing the asphalt parking lot at the Montrose Service Center.

Work Details
The project consists of removing and replacing the asphalt parking lot at the Montrose Service Center in accordance with the bidding documents.
Optional bid items may include additional asphalt work on the south side of the building (rear parking lot).
Contractors are required to carefully review all project specifications, bid items, measurement and payment descriptions, drawings, terms, and conditions prior to submitting their bids.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall have 60 calendar days to complete the project, unless otherwise provided for in the General Conditions for Capital Construction.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed at the Montrose Service Center located at 2300 S Townsend Ave, Montrose, Colorado 81401.
