Montrose County, located in Southwest Colorado, is a thriving community with a population of 41,412 over 2,200 square miles. The county is known for its agricultural significance and proximity to natural parks.

The Historic Courthouse, constructed in 1923, is the most monumental building in Montrose County. Renovation of this historic building began in 2024 and is expected to be completed by September 1, 2025. The renovated courthouse will house various county departments including the Board of County Commissioners and the Assessor’s Office.

Work Details
Montrose County seeks proposals for the procurement, delivery, and installation of durable furniture that fits the aesthetic of the Historic Courthouse. All installation work must be performed by the contractor.

Proposals must include multiple price points for each item: Economy (budget-friendly), Standard (mid-range), and Premium (high quality). Each proposal must encompass all components required for functionality, delivery to the Historic Courthouse, and installation. Supporting documentation such as product cut sheets, brochures, technical specifications, estimated lifespan of products, and warranty information must be provided.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to begin on March 12, 2025, with an initial contract end date of September 30, 2025. All services must be completed no later than December 31, 2025.

The contract will be performed at the Montrose County Historic Courthouse located at 1140 N Grand Ave, Suite 250, Montrose, CO.
