Mission Management Suite for MX-15 Imaging System

Background
The Colorado State Patrol, a division of the Colorado Department of Public Safety, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a Mission Management Suite for the MX-15 imaging system.
The goal is to provide and install a complete mission management suite for a 2008 Pilatus PC-12 NG-47E aircraft, enhancing its capabilities for law enforcement and transport missions.

Work Details
The contractor will provide and install the following components:
- Tactical Flight Officer (TFO) Console
- Two Macro-Blue Q-Series MB17W monitors
- SHOTOVER ARS-750 augmented reality mapping system
- Technisonic TDFM 9100 radio system
- Laser arming panel
- Headset jacks
- Push-to-talk foot switches
- Ruggedized USB and wireless keyboards
- A 16X16 rugged 3-G SDI video switch
- An AEM Digital Audio System.

The installation must comply with FAA regulations and include all necessary wiring and components. The vendor is responsible for ensuring that all systems are free from electrical interference and that all installed wiring is properly labeled.
The project must be completed by June 1, 2025.

Period of Performance
The total project completion must occur prior to June 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the CSP Aircraft Unit hangar located at Centennial Airport (KAPA), Colorado.
