LCC 25-4 Upgrade Electrical Systems/Bathroom Plumbing

Background
The State of Colorado, through the Office of the State Architect, is issuing a solicitation for the upgrade of electrical systems and bathroom plumbing drains at Lamar Community College's Todd-Burch Hall.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with several requirements:
(1) A bid security of not less than 5% of the bid price is required if estimated over $50,000;
(2) Compliance with Colorado labor laws requiring at least 80% Colorado labor on projects over $500,000;
(3) Certification as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) if applicable;
(4) Adherence to apprenticeship and prevailing wage requirements for projects estimated at $500,000 or more;
(5) Proof of certification for SDVOSB status must be attached if applicable.
