King Air B200 Phase 3 and 4 Inspections

Background
The Colorado Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the Colorado State Patrol, is issuing this Documented Quote for King Air B200 Phase 3 and 4 Inspections. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the aircraft undergoes necessary inspections and maintenance to comply with FAA regulations and maintain operational safety.

Work Details
The contractor will perform Phase 3 & 4 (600 & 800 hour) inspections on Beechcraft King Air 200 series aircraft according to the maintenance manual chapter 5-20-00. Specific tasks include:

- Complete Phases 1-4 TAG.
- Comply with individual phase requirements (12 month/200 hour).
- Conduct lubrication items inspections for various intervals (200, 400, 600 & 800 hours).
- Perform inspections on engine power lever pins, wing bolt lubrication, emergency exit signs, battery tests, oxygen system tests, and more.
- Conduct engine inspections including flow checks on fuel nozzles, borescope inspections, oil filter inspections, and cleaning of fuel pump inlet screens.
- Perform propeller inspections and dynamic balancing.
- Conduct avionics and instrument checks including standby power supply battery inspections and G1000 system checks. All services must be performed by FAA approved maintenance or repair station facilities.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation is through June 30, 2025. All inspections must be completed by March 10, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at a location determined by the awarded contractor but must comply with all FAA regulations.
