4) Ensuring compliance with Colorado Behavioral Health Administration Rules and Handbook standards.
The vendor must be able to process a significant volume of requests as indicated by historical data from fiscal years 2021-2025.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is anticipated to begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. There is an option to renew the contract for up to four additional one-year periods at the discretion of the State.
