Background
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources on behalf of the Division of Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW). The purpose of this RFP is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide commercial production services with the goal of creating 5-6 high-quality commercial videos for promoting Colorado Parks and Wildlife’s Keep Colorado Wild Pass, targeting vehicle owners across Colorado. The SOW covers the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages. The Department may award to a single or multiple vendors capable of fulfilling the Agency’s project needs. The Department reserves the right to add additional goods/services that would be seen as a natural extension of this procurement over the term of this award.

Work Details
The project aims to create high-quality commercial videos for promoting Colorado Parks and Wildlife’s Keep Colorado Wild Pass, targeting vehicle owners across Colorado. The SOW covers the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages. The project will involve creative concept development, scriptwriting in both English and Spanish language, storyboard or visual treatment outlining the creative direction, casting and talent selection for both on-screen and voiceover talent, production schedule and logistics planning, high-quality video and photo production, post-production services such as video editing, color grading, motion graphics, sound mixing and music selections. The vendor will be required to deliver final commercial videos, still images, SRT files in required formats for various platforms and channels.

Period of Performance
The project will commence on the date the final contract with the vendor is approved and is to be completed by July 2025. The Vendor will work directly with CPW to schedule any/all shoots and be available for all agreed upon photo/video shoot dates and locations. CPW staff will be onsite for all shoots.
