Background
The State of Colorado, through the Department of Personnel & Administration, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Electronic Medical Record System (EMRS).
The goal of this contract is to procure a comprehensive electronic medical record system that meets the needs of the state and enhances healthcare delivery.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a fully functional Electronic Medical Record System that includes:

- Compliance with all relevant privacy and security standards, including FERPA and state-specific regulations.
- Regular updates and enhancements to the system as needed.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution, with an estimated start date in October 2026, following the award announcement.
The duration of performance is expected to be three years, with options for renewal based on performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within the State of Colorado, with potential requirements for remote support as needed.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be registered to conduct business in Colorado with the Secretary of State and provide proof of good standing prior to contract execution.
Proposals from Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) are encouraged, and such Offerors must provide verification of their status.
Additionally, Offerors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to this proposal.
