Background
The State of Colorado’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) is responsible for providing IT resources to Executive branch agencies and other State government entities. This includes technology infrastructure, software, hardware, storage, telecommunication, public safety radio, cyber security, and related professional services.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to research vendors and products in the Software, Hardware, and Firmware Integrity Check space. The OIT aims to demo products in this domain to enhance their understanding of the available solutions.

Work Details
The RFI seeks information on solutions that can perform the following functions:
1. Cryptographically verify firmware integrity;
2. Cryptographically verify installed system firmware integrity;
3. Cryptographically verify peripheral firmware integrity;
4. Monitor code injected into firmware for integrity monitoring;
5. Analyze embedded code behavior for anomalies and suspicious activity;
6. Detect suspicious changes to files in a computer system;
7. Analyze system process startup configurations;
8. Prevent one process from writing to another's memory space through hardware-based address management.

Period of Performance
This RFI is intended solely for market research purposes and does not result in an award or contract. The solicitation publication date is set for May 8, 2026, with a vendor response submission deadline of June 8, 2026.

The RFI is issued by the State of Colorado.
