Disaster Survivor Assistance
Background
The State of Colorado, through the Colorado Department of Public Safety (CDPS) and the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM), is seeking to facilitate State Disaster Survivor Assistance for disaster survivors. The goal is to manage state responsibilities related to implementing both State Disaster Survivor Assistance and the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Individual Assistance Program.

This RFP aims to establish a Master Task Order Contract that allows for the activation of task orders to engage work at both operational and program management levels in disaster survivor assistance areas.
