Background
The Community College of Aurora is issuing this Documented Quote for Furnishings in the new Center for Applied Sciences & Technology. This new 50,000 square foot single-story campus building is located at the east edge of their existing CCA Campus, at 16150 E CentreTech Parkway in Aurora, Colorado. The project includes math, science, engineering and STEM classrooms, as well as shop spaces, offices, lab spaces, and student lounges.

Work Details
The scope of work includes all items keynoted on the drawings and listed in the specifications. Key manufacturers include Dekko, Table Logix, and OM Seating. Specific products to be provided include:

- 2 Mobile/Collaborative Ottomans from OM Seating (Model Number: PLT-B) for the Student Lounge.
Dimensions: 22”W x 22”D x 19½”H.
Upholstery details include a contrasting shell finish with a backrest in Faux Bois Driftwood and seat/surround in Woolish Red Rock. Warranty is lifetime limited.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the Contract or Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation is from April 7th, 2025 to October 15th, 2025.
