Advertising and Marketing RFP

Background

Work Details
The Scope of Work includes providing a wide range of advertising and marketing services such as print advertising (newspapers, magazines, business journals), radio, television (broadcast, connected TV), digital (website design, social media), billboards and other out-of-home advertising, creative/design services, brand and vision strategy, account management, public relations, media buying (all venues), consulting, video production, photography (including licensed drone photography), among others.
The proposer must have media negotiating skills that achieve maximum value-added or promotional opportunities related to media outlets. The proposer shall provide account management with in-depth attention to organizing, planning, supervising and reviewing all projects and budgets in progress at any time if requested so by the Ordering Entity.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the awarded Contract is anticipated to begin on September 1, 2024 and end on August 31, 2025. This Contract may be renewed for up to four additional one-year periods at the sole discretion of the State. The total duration of the Contract is not anticipated to exceed five years.
