ACC DQ 25-8-3325 Fusion Laser Cutter/Engraver

Background
Arapahoe Community College, on behalf of the State of Colorado, is issuing this Documented Quote to purchase one (1) Fusion Laser Cutter/Engraver. The goal is to enhance various Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs by providing students with industry-specific skills through hands-on experience with the equipment.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of one (1) Fusion Laser Cutter/Engraver with a cutting area of 48"x36". The machine must be capable of cutting, engraving, and marking various materials including metals and industrial plastics. Specific capabilities include:

- Cutting materials such as Acrylic, Cloth, Corian, Cork, Delrin, Fabric, Fiberglass, Leather, Matte Board, Melamine, Mother of Pearl, Mylar, Paper, Plastic, Pressboard, Rubber, Wood.
- Engraving materials such as Acrylic, Anodized Aluminum, Ceramic, Coated Metals, Glass, Leather.
- Marking materials including stainless steel and aluminum.

The machine must fit within a space of approximately 72" wide and 84" deep and be able to pass through a double door with a width of 62". Additional requirements include:

- Delivery on a liftgate vehicle.
- Manufacturer's warranty.
- Basic training for use of the machine.
- An air assist compressor.
- A fume extraction system compatible with Purex 1500 HEPA filter or equivalent.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term for delivery is by June 25, 2025. Delivery can occur any time before this date during normal business hours.
